PV Ribbon and Busbar

PV Ribbon and Busbar

We continue to innovate and emphasize high product quality to improve the power generation and long-term reliability of solar panels.

Rolling technology

Our PV ribbon for solar panels uses a unique rolling technology to improve the plating appearance and prevent damage to solar cells and panels.

Non-flux process

By not using flux in our plating process, not only can we accomplish an environmentally friendly production process, but we can also reduce the risk of chlorine residuals and contamination, which are potential hazards that could result in long-term liability for solar panels. Furthermore, non-flux PV ribbon has a characteristic of low yield-strength, which contributes to excellent adhesion to solar cells and lowers the risk of solar cells cracking during production.

Various Process Technology

We are committed to assisting our customers with all kinds of product development through our various process technologies, including lamination (for FPC insulation and busbars), forming grooving structures (for light diffusion in PV ribbon), hole-punching, and creating unique and precise shapes for PV ribbon.
