Ultra fine conductor (0.05mm or less)

This copper material is used as a conductor in various applications, such as gastroscopes, medical endoscope cables, and internal wiring of smartphones and computers, and can achieve both thinness and strength by using alloy wires. Depending on the application, we can propose the optimal copper material and plating type.

  • We have shipped AWG50 (7/0.0095mm) and mass-produced AWG48 (7/0.013mm).
  • Copper wire, copper alloy wire tin-plated, silver-plated are possible.
  • Excellent straightness and dimensional stability.
  • Small lot production is possible, and it can correspond to various prototypes.
